 
I thought of you today
I thought of you today
As tears fell down my face
My heart so filled with you
With echoes I now trace
I walk this lonely place
Looking for signs from you
And oh, the sun still shines
Through skies of paling blues
Oh, world of yesterday
I only see in dreams
Please bring me back the joy
That life tore at the seams
The sun wakes up the world
But still, you are not here
And so again I cry
And cry so many tears
Alone I cry for you
Because my world is blue
Sweet Jesus carry me
I want the world I knew!
I miss you Daddy!
